Christopher Peter Meloni has been an acclaimed American actor for many years. Most famously, he is famous for his roles played in "Law & Order Special Victims Unit". While in college, he started to pursue a passion for acting. While at his school, the University of Colorado at Boulder it was where he studied acting. The characters he has played on television are gaining him lots of attention. His ability to portray characters from both sides of the law is what has caught the attention of audiences. His first project was a television serial, but he later played an officer for the NYPD. His performances on small screens were rewarded with numerous Emmy Awards nominations and PRISM Awards.
